ACTS

Did you notice the number of first supposed organizations which claim to serve the clientele ? Certainly, but we are dealing with Real Estate, a business environment and no sensible person, nor a buyer or a warned investor can content himself with suppositions or with claims presented in support of a simple directory of financial partners.

A body of importance and international recognition was needed which not only explains the reasons of a policy, but methodically applies it, supporting evidences ; a body which admits and recommends the use of modern means, the study of the legal context as priority element, in order to better advise and respect the interests of a quality Clientele.

It is in this purpose that was created the Federal Association of the European Real Estate hunters - Association Fédérale des Chasseurs Immobiliers Européens (AFCIE) : eliminate claims and suppositions not supported by facts, very usual but not demonstrated arguments which make that without the AFCIE ®, the naming of Real Estate hunter or finder would not mean anything any longer.

With our association, the Exclusive Buyer Agent, his competence and quality are distinguished.
